- 1 Tbsp grass-fed butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8-10 walnut halves
1. Peel bananas and then cut crosswise into 1/2″ thick slices.
2. Heat a skillet over medium to high heat and add butter and vanilla extract.
3. When butter mixture is hot, add banana slices and fry 3-4 mintues.
4. Flip slices and fry other side for 2-3 minutes more.
6. Remove pan from heat and transfer banana slices to a plate.
7. Sprinkle bananas with cinnamon and top with chopped walnuts.
